Este artigo versa sobre as alterações introduzidas pela Lei nº. 93/2019, de 04 de setembro e tem como objetivo analisar qual a provável eficácia das medidas adotadas. Para tal, faremos uma breve análise das alterações ao regime da contratação a termo, bem como às alterações produzidas pela Lei em matéria de período experimental. Daremos especial importância às alterações que afetam os trabalhadores à procura de primeiro emprego, bem como os desempregados de longa duração, analisando a constitucionalidade da medida que prevê o aumento do período experimental para estas classes de trabalhadores.ABSTRACT: The most recent changes to the Labor Law have brought the issue of job insecurity into the news, namely regarding the trial period and fixed-term contracts. This article focuses on the changes brought about by Law No. 93/2019, of September 4 and aims to analyze the likely effectiveness of the measures adopted. To this end, we will briefly analyze the changes to the regime of fixed-term contracts, as well as the changes brought about by the law regar-ding the trial period.
