Intervenções para o desenvolvimento de liderança em enfermagem: uma revisão sistemática de literatura

| dc.description.abstract | A liderança e a enfermagem continuam a ser das temáticas que suscitam maior interesse nos investigadores das Ciências Sociais. A pertinência em compreender este processo de influência social relaciona-se, ao nível da gestão das organizações, na pretensão de encontrar práticas de liderança que permitam criar culturas de trabalho eficazes, desejáveis e emo-cionalmente gratificantes. O objetivo desta revisão sistemática é identificar e caracterizar a investigação científica realizada na última década (2009-2019), sobre as intervenções que visam o desenvolvimento de liderança em enfermagem. Ao recorrer às plataformas de pes-quisa B-ON, Web of Science, EBSCO host, OvidSP e Proquest e às palavras-chave ‘lea-dership’, ‘intervention ou program ou development’, ‘nurse ou nurses ou nursing’, foram obtidos 402 estudos. Após a aplicação dos critérios de inclusão e exclusão, foram seleciona-dos 26 estudos. Constatámos um predomínio das intervenções onde as práticas reflexivas são promotoras da liderança. Contudo, a aprendizagem vicariante está igualmente presente como processo auxiliar, embora com menor incidência. O número reduzido de estudos em-píricos elegível para esta revisão enfatiza a necessidade de mais investigações que potenciem o conhecimento sobre como desenvolver a liderança em enfermagem. | por |
| dc.description.abstract | ABSTRACT: Leadership and nursing remain themes of extreme relevance and interest for those car-rying research in the field of Social Sciences. The importance of understanding this process of social influence, in terms of organizational management, is related to the interest in fin-ding leadership practices that allow creating effective, desirable, and emotionally gratifying work cultures. This systematic review aims to identify and characterize the research carried in the last decade (2009 – 2019) regarding interventions promoting the development of leadership in nursing. Resorting to five research platforms, the following keywords were used: ‘leadership’, ‘intervention or program or development’, ‘nurse or nurses or nursing’. Search results yielded 402 papers, of which 26 were selected after applying inclusion and exclusion criteria. A predominance of interventions where reflective practices promote lea-dership was found. However, social learning is equally present as a supplementary process, though less prevalent. The reduced number of studies eligible for this review emphasizes the need for additional research aiming to further the knowledge about the best practices to develop leadership in nursing. | eng |
