| dc.description.abstract | Este Relatório de Estagio foi realizado num contexto profissional sob a supervisão de um orientador e de um tutor. Realizado através do programa ERASMUS, este estágio teve como objectivos, um conhecimento aprofundado da gestão de segurança alimentar enquadrado num sistema de logística, verificação e interpretação de resultados de análises laboratoriais, conhecimento da regulamentação existente, principalmente a nível europeu mas também a nível mundial, interpretação e registo de Alertas Europeus e USA. O estágio foi realizado na cidade de Lyon, em França, numa PME (Pequena Média Empresa) denominada SQUALI. O tempo de duração do estágio foi de 6 meses, durante os quais foram realizados trabalhos diários e também trabalhos pontuais para empresas clientes. As tarefas diárias consistiam na interpretação e registo de análises laboratoriais aos alimentos, de acordo com a regulamentação imposta por cada país; pesquisa de Limite máximo de resíduos (LMR) de pesticidas; registo e análise de Alertas Europeus semanais e Alertas USA mensais, os quais eram traduzidos do inglês para francês; embalamento e acondicionamento de amostras; as tarefas pontuais consistiram no desenvolvimento da ferramenta em excel, versão Microsoft office 97-2003 (tabela dinâmica), aplicada aos Alertas Europeus; foi realizado um trabalho em formato excel que consistiu na comparação de valores nutricionais entre os resultados laboratoriais e os valores rotulados para os mesmos produtos, para uma empresa cliente. | por |
| dc.description.abstract | This Internship Report was carried out in a professioal context, under the surpervisio of a mentor. Through the ERASMUS program, this stage had the following objectives, knowledge of food safety managemet, kowledge of a logistics system, verification and interpretation of results from laboratory analyzes, koweledge of reglementation mostly in Europe but also in the whole world, recoording and interpretation of European and USA Alerts. The stage was realised in the city of Lyon, in France, in a SME (Small medium Entreprise) called SQUALI. The durability of the internship was of 6 months, during which were realized daily chores and specific chores for clients companies, all the chores were conducted in French. The daily chores consisted in the interpretation and recording of laboratory analyzes according to the regulation imposed by each country; searching of Maximum Residue Limit (MRL) for pesticides; recording and analysis of weekly Europeans alerts and monthly Americans Alerts, which were translated from English to French; Packing and stowage of samples; the specific tasks were the development of the dynamic table tool in excel, version microsof office 97-2003, and applied in the European Alerts; another work was the creation of an excel, file who consisting in the comparison of nutritional values between analyzes values and packaging values of the same product for a client company. | por |
