| dc.description.abstract | A construção do Espaço Europeu de Ensino Superior - Modelo de Bolonha e as Tecnologias da Informação e Comunicação acarretaram mudanças estruturais na gestão das instituições de ensino superior (IES) afetaram todos os serviços e contribuíram para o nascimento de um novo modelo de comunicação, o modelo de comunicação em rede no qual coexistem estudantes com níveis de literacia informacional distintos. Considerando a importância das redes sociais no modelo de comunicação atual realizou-se o presente estudo com objetivo analisar a utilização das redes sociais pelos estudantes para aferir do seu potencial enquanto instrumento de comunicação entre estes e a IES. | por |
