| dc.description.abstract | The accelerated evolution of information technologies and their impact on society in general have in effect motivated special attention within the scope of the educational system. This paper presents the state of the art in what concerns to the Portuguese national projects on ICT. A chronological presentation of the several projects, emphasizing their main objectives, activities, problems and outcomes will be discussed.
