Este trabalho de carĆ”ter profissional, com o tĆtulo Processo de InternacionalizaĆ§Ć£o da Empresa Aromas do Valado, Unipessoal Lda., tem como objetivo apresentar o processo de internacionalizaĆ§Ć£o desta microempresa, situada no interior do paĆs.
O mesmo foi elaborado pela cofundadora da empresa, autora deste trabalho, onde se descreve, pormenorizadamente, todo o processo da internacionalizaĆ§Ć£o. Esta descriĆ§Ć£o engloba as motivaƧƵes, a adaptaĆ§Ć£o do produto aos mercados alvo internacionais, o modo de entrada nos diferentes mercados, as dificuldades sentidas inerentes a este processo e as soluƧƵes encontradas para o sucesso.
O seu trajeto de internacionalizaĆ§Ć£o foi delineado em simultĆ¢neo com o plano de negĆ³cios e este percurso teve inĆcio no ano de 2014. A distribuiĆ§Ć£o dos seus produtos Ć© feita a nĆvel nacional e internacional. A empresa exporta, atualmente, para a Ćustria, BulgĆ”ria, Dinamarca, FranƧa, JapĆ£o e RepĆŗblica Checa.
O processo produtivo da Aromas do Valado assenta em princĆpios de sustentabilidade, recorrendo a saberes ancestrais que sĆ£o cruzados com uma base cientĆfica. Ć considerada uma empresa com um conceito inovador que tira partido das plantas autĆ³ctones existentes na zona do Geopark Naturtejo transformando-as em Ć³leos essenciais, que por sua vez se incorporam na cadeia de produĆ§Ć£o de uma gama de produtos de cosmĆ©tica biolĆ³gica e vegan. Por isso, foi-lhe atribuĆdo, pela instituiĆ§Ć£o deste Parque, o selo de āGeoempresaā e āGeoprodutoā.
Abstract: The work herewith presented, āInternationalization of the Company Aromas do Valado, Unipessoal Lda.,ā aims to present the internationalization process implemented in the mentioned company, located in a municipality inland, far from the urban cities. It was prepared by the co-founder of the company, author of this work, detailing the whole internationalization process. It describes the motivation, product adaptation to international markets, model of market sales, challenges faced during this process, and the solutions found in order to be successful. The internationalization process was outlined along with the business plan, started in 2014. The product distribution occurs both nationally and internationally. The company currently exports to Austria, Bulgaria, Denmark, France, Japan, and the Czech Republic. The production process of Aromas do Valado settles on sustainability principles, using traditional knowledge combined with a science. It is considered an innovative company that leverages native plants from the Geopark Naturtejo area, transforming them into essential oils, incorporated into the production chain of a range of organic and vegan cosmetic products. For this, has been awarded the āGeoempresaā and āGeoprodutoā labels by the institution of this Park.
