Idosos e acesso ao Certificado Digital COVID: Aplicação de um Tutorial Iconográfico em idosos de Castelo Branco, Portugal

| dc.description.abstract | Atualmente as Tecnologias da Informação e Comunicação (TIC), tem se desenvolvido de modo acelerado, se tornando evidente, principalmente após o inico da pandemia do vírus SARS Covid-19. Como medida a reduzir o número de infectador pela doença, o Sistema Nacional da Saúde (SNS), passou a exigir o Certificado Digital COVID, para que o cidadão tenha acesso a determinados locais. O presente estudo se trata de uma metodologia qualitativa, investigação-ação, e tem como objetivo, avaliar as dificuldades que os idosos encontram para acessar o Certificado Digital COVID, pelo aplicativo disponiblizado pela SNS, e avaliar os benefícios do Tutorial Iconográfico também intitulado Manual Certdigit@l. Ao fim do estudo, concluimos que, a aplicação do Tutorial Iconográfico (Manual Certdigit@l) demonstrou que os idosos possuem boa capacidade em aprender a utilizar as TIC, COVID e que há uma ampla necessidade de desenvolver-se material exclusivo para os idosos afim de promover aprendizado referente as TIC. As TIC podem ser aliados de impacto positivo na vida dos idosos e estimular o aprendizado, reforçando o quanto são capazes de adquirir novos conhecimentos. | pt_PT |
| dc.description.abstract | Currently, information and Communication Technologies (ICT) have developed rapidly, becoming evident, especially after the beginning of the SARS Covid-19 virus pandemic. As a measure to reduce the number of people infected by the disease, the National Health System (SNS) started to require the COVID Digital Certificate, so that the citizen has access to certain places.
