Este texto que aqui se publica (apenas com algumas atualizações e complementos) serviu de apoio à exposição por nós realizada, no dia 15 de maio de 2018, que teve lugar na
Escola Superior de Gestão de Idanha-a-Nova, no âmbito de um seminário realizado sobre direito da família, onde se abordam algumas questões substantivas e processuais atinentes à prestação de alimentos, a guarda do menor e ao regime de visitas. Em particular, analisa-se a residência exclusiva e alternada, as vantagens desta última que a ciência vem apresentando e a sua aplicação no regime português.
ABSTRACT: This text published here (with only a few updates and supplements) served as a support for our exposition, held on May 15, 2018, at the Idanha-a-Nova School of Management, within the framework of a seminar on family law, which adresses some substantive and procedural issues related to food provision, custody of the chield and the visitation regime. In particular, we analyse the exclusive and alternated residence, its advantages of the latter that science has been presenting and its application in the portuguese regime.
