Abstract(s)
O presente trabalho tem como propósito identificar as fases de implementação de um projeto de intervenção, no âmbito da implementação do Quadro de Referência Europeu de Garantia da Qualidade para a Educação e a Formação Profissionais (Quadro EQAVET), numa Escola Profissional do Distrito de Castelo Branco. O Quadro EQAVET tem como finalidade assegurar a melhoria da qualidade na educação e formação profissional (EFP), dentro do espaço europeu. Considera-se que devem ser instituídos métodos de garantia de qualidade, designadamente uma avaliação válida e fiável dos resultados de aprendizagem, junto dos operadores de educação e formação profissional. O presente estudo consistiu na implementação de um projeto de investigação ação, concretizado no desenvolvimento da aplicação, monitorização e na avaliação dos procedimentos inerentes ao alinhamento com o quadro EQAVET, numa escola profissional. Utilizaram-se várias técnicas e instrumentos para a recolha de dados, designadamente com recurso às técnicas do inquérito e da observação. Os resultados obtidos permitiram melhorar os processos e procedimentos internos da escola, envolver todos os órgãos estatutários na tomada de decisões, auscultar, periodicamente, os colaboradores internos, os stakeholders externos e os ex-alunos já em atividade profissional e identificar quais as fragilidades institucionais que deveriam ser objeto de melhoria.
The present work has the aim to identify all the implementation’ stages of an intervention project, within the application’s prospect of the European Quality Assurance Framework for Vocational Education and Training (EQAVET) in a Vocational School in Castelo Branco’s territory. The EQAVET structure drives to ensure the improvement’s quality in vocational education and training (EFP) inside the European area. It is considered that quality assurance methods should be instituted, specifically an effective and reliable assessment of learning outcomes, among vocational education and training workers. The current work consisted of the action’s implementation research project, carried out in the development of the application, monitoring and evaluation of the procedures characteristic to the arrangement with the EQAVET structure, in a vocational school. Several techniques and instruments were used for data collection, specifically using survey and observation techniques. The outcomes developed made it possible to improve the school's internal procedures and actions; involve all structure in decisions; from time to time listen to internal co-workers; external employees and former students that are already in job market; identify which formal responsibilities should be improved.
