| dc.description.abstract | O conceito da tríplice hélice tem como objetivo fomentar a inovação com base na relação governo-universidade-empresa. Para que esta interação ocorra de forma adequada, existem os Sistemas Regionais de Inovação, definidos como estruturas em que organizações e instituições interagem entre si a fim de facilitarem as inovações tecnológicas em nível regional. Desta forma, é possível garantir que a inovação seja o propulsor das mudanças regionais. Este estudo tem o objetivo de destacar o trabalho da Tríplice Hélice formada na região de Chapecó, realizado por meio do Sistema Regional de Inovação, apresentando o case do Parque Científico e Tecnológico Chapecó@. O Parque Chapecó@ é uma iniciativa de uma rede estadual do Governo do Estado de Santa Catarina juntamente com atores locais de cada região e tem o intuito de auxiliar na produção e disseminação de conhecimento, agregando valor à produção local, qualificando pessoais e potencializando o crescimento econômico regional. Assim, pretende-se reconhecer que estas iniciativas são fundamentais para o desenvolvimento local e a inclusão da inovação na região. | por |
| dc.description.abstract | ABSTRACT: The concept of triple helix aims to foster innovation based on the government-university-business relationship. For this interaction to take place properly, there are Regional Innovation Systems, including the structures in which institutions and institutions interact with each other and in order to facilitate as technological innovations at the regional level. In this way, it is possible to ensure that innovation is the driver of regional change. This study aims to highlight the work of the Triple Helix formed in the Chapecó region, carried out through the Regional Innovation System, show the case of “Parque Científico e Tecnológico Chapecó@”. The Parque Chapecó@ is an initiative of a state network of the government of Santa Catarina that includes local actors from each region and is intended to assist in the production and dissemination of knowledge, adding value to local production, qualifying personnel and enhancing regional economic growth. Thus, it intends to recognize that these initiatives are fundamental for local development and the inclusion of innovation in the region. | eng |
