Abstract(s)
A importância da realização do estágio no atelier do designer Valentim Quaresma
provém do interesse já existente pela vertente de moda de autor, bem como pela
necessidade de analisar e compreender, em maior pormenor, os diversos processos
indispensáveis à evolução, divulgação e logística que acompanham uma coleção neste
campo, tais como, o desenvolvimento de uma marca neste setor em particular.
Valentim Quaresma despertou o interesse, inicialmente pelo seu posicionamento na
moda e as suas peças de roupa e, mais tarde, pelas suas peças de joalharia, muitas
vezes consideradas verdadeiras obras de arte, chegando a estar por vezes expostas
em museus, sendo assim muito valorizadas pelos artistas plásticos de todo o mundo.
A aluna teve a preocupação de estudar os vários tipos de metodologias, quer no
design como na arte, para conseguir identificar qual o melhor método e o que mais se
adequava ao designer, visto que o seu processo de criação foi um grande desafio para
esta, pois não é seguido um único e exclusivo método de design.
Abstract : The importance of carrying out the internship at the Valentim Quaresma's atelier comes from the existing interest in the field of designer fashion and, as well as the need to analyze and understand, in greater detail, the various processes essential to the evolution, dissemination and logistics that accompany a collection in this field, such as the development of a brand in this particular sector. Valentim Quaresma aroused interest, initially for his positioning in fashion, his clothing pieces and for his jewelry pieces, often considered true works of art, sometimes even being exhibited in museums, thus being highly valued by artists from all over the world. The student was concerned with studying the various types of methodologies, both in design and in art, in order to be able to identify which is the best method and the one that suits the designer, nonetheless her creation process was a great challenge for her, as no single, exclusive design method was followed.
