Abstract(s)
O consumo de substâncias psicoativas em Portugal é uma realidade preocupante e que influencia o comportamento dos indivíduos. É importante existir programas preventivos, de forma a evitar danos futuros, principalmente no que diz respeito aos jovens/adolescentes. Neste sentido, durante a realização do estágio curricular, o ponto fulcral do projeto foi a prevenção de comportamentos de risco, promovendo comportamentos e estilos de vida saudáveis, juntos dos alunos. Além disso, alertar os pais/Encarregados de educação para esta problemática é outro ponto a ter em atenção, que irá ser fundamental para promover boas práticas aos seus educandos e estarem atentos a situações de risco.
The consumption of psychoactive substances in Portugal is a troubling reality that influences the behavior of individuals. It is important to have prevention programs in order to avoid future harm, especially regarding youth / adolescents. In this sense, during the course of the curricular internship, the main feature of the project was the prevention of risky behaviors, by encouraging students to have a healthier lifestyle and conduct. Furthermore, alerting parents to this problem is another point to take into consideration, since it will be a crucial element in promoting good practices in their students and also alert them of threatening situations.
