Abstract(s)
O objetivo geral desta pesquisa é identificar quais as necessidades das famílias brasileiras de crianças e adolescentes com necessidades educativas, que migraram para o concelho do Fundão. Para obter essas respostas foram utilizados o Questionário Socioeconômico – QSE, para caracterizar cada família; e o Questionário da Necessidades das Famílias – QNF, para identificar as suas necessidades. A pesquisa teve caráter qualitativo, na forma de estudo de caso, no qual foram realizados os inquéritos com 6 famílias. Os resultados, obtidos através do QNF, demonstram que 36,3% das famílias optaram pela opção de resposta 1 “não necessito deste tipo de ajuda”, seguidos de 24,4% na opção de resposta 2 “não tenho a certeza”, destacando-se, a opção de resposta 3 “necessito deste tipo de ajuda” com 39,3% das respostas obtidas. As categorias de necessidades que mais se destacaram foram as de: Informação (57,1%); Apoio (40,5%); e Serviços da Comunidade (38,9%). Em relação as prioridades das necessidades das famílias, as categorias de necessidades que mais se destacaram foram as de: Informações, Apoio e de Explicar aos Outros. No que diz respeito a relação entre as 6 categorias do QNF (necessidades de: informação, apoio, explicar a outros, serviços da comunidade, financeiras e funcionamento da vida familiar) e as 5 utilizadas do QSE (composição do agregado familiar, situação perante o empego, satisfação com a renda, idade por fase e tempo de migração) tem-se os seguintes resultados: em relação ao agregado familiar a maioria optou por “não necessito deste tipo de ajuda” exceto as famílias com 5 elementos que optaram por “necessito deste tipo de ajuda”. Em relação a situação perante o emprego remunerado, as famílias com 1 responsável com emprego, destacam-se com o total de 46,4% na opção “necessito deste tipo de ajuda” e as com 2, com o total de 44% da opção “não necessito deste tipo de ajuda”. Na característica de satisfação da renda familiar a opção “não necessito deste tipo de ajuda” se sobressai nas famílias com renda suficiente (60,7%) e nas famílias com renda suficiente para poupar (55,4%), as famílias com renda insuficiente destacaram a opção “necessito deste tipo de ajuda” (57,1%). Sobre a idade por fase, as famílias com crianças (8 anos) e adolescentes (15 anos) destacam-se na opção “necessito deste tipo de ajuda” com 75% e 64,3% respectivamente. A opção “não necessito deste tipo de ajuda” se sobressaiu, com 49,1%, nas famílias com crianças pré-adolescentes (10 a 13 anos). Na característica tempo de migração, o destaque dos resultados foi para as famílias dos grupos que migraram entre 0 e 2 e 3 e 4 anos, com respectivamente 41,1% e 60,7% na opção “não necessito deste tipo de ajuda”. Já as famílias que migraram há mais de 5 anos, destacam-se na opção “necessito deste tipo de ajuda” correspondendo à 48,2% das respostas.
Abstract: This research aims at identifying the needs of Brazilian families who migrated to the municipality of Fundão and have children and teenagers with educational needs. A social-economic questionnaire (Questionnaire Socioeconômico – QSE) for characterizing each family and the questionnaire of the family needs (Questionário da Necessidades das Famílias – QNF) were adopted to obtain answers. It was qualitative research in the form of a case study in which six families were inquired. The results obtained through the QNF have shown that 36.3% of the families chose the first option: "I do not need this type of support", followed by 24.4% choosing the second option: "I am not sure", and the third option: "I need this type of support" standing out with 39.3% of the obtained answers. The categories of needs that stood out the most were the following: Information (57.1%), Support (40.5%) and Community Services (38.9%). Regarding the priorities of families' needs, the categories that stood out the most were Information, Support and Explaining to others. Concerning the relation between the six categories of the QNF (needs of information, support, explaining to others, community services, financial and functioning of family life and the five categories used in the QSE (household composition, professional status, income satisfaction, age group and migration time) the following results were obtained: the household, the majority chose "I do not need this type of support" except for five-member families who chose “I need this type of support. Regarding the situation of paid employment, families with a single employed person stand out with a total of 46.4% in the option “I need this type of support” and those with two, with a total of 44% in the option “I do not need this type of support”. In the characteristic of satisfaction with the family income, the option "I do not need this type of support" stands out in families with sufficient income (60.7%) and in families with sufficient income to keep a savings account (55.4%), families with insufficient income highlighted the option "I need this type of support" (57.1%).
