Este relatĆ³rio visa apresentar um resumo dos trabalhos executados no segundo ano do
mestrado de cuidados paliativos da Escola Superior de SaĆŗde Dr. Lopes Dias do Instituto
PolitƩcnico de Castelo Branco.
Nele estĆ£o resumidos os conceitos bĆ”sicos dos Cuidados Paliativos, salientando os que foram
aprendidos durante este processo educativo.
Em segundo lugar, apresentarei o decurso do meu estĆ”gio na Unidade Local de SaĆŗde do
Nordeste. Nela, alĆ©m de uma descriĆ§Ć£o da sua constituiĆ§Ć£o referi as atividades desenvolvidas
realƧando os objetivos defendidos anteriormente que foram atingidos e o que nĆ£o o foi.
Em terceiro lugar desenvolvi um plano para a criaĆ§Ć£o de um programa de acompanhamento
no luto na unidade. Entendi que seria Ćŗtil desenvolver alguns conceitos que ajudaram a
desenhĆ”-lo. Este texto pretende servir de base para a implantaĆ§Ć£o do referido programa.
ABSTRACT: This report aims to present a summary of the work performed in the second year of the master's degree in palliative care at the Dr. Lopes Dias School of Health of the Castelo Branco Polytechnic Institute. It summarizes the basic concepts of Palliative Care, highlighting what was learned during this educational process. Secondly, I will present the course of my internship at the Northeast Local Health Unit. In it, besides a description of its constitution I mentioned the activities developed highlighting the previously defended objectives that were achieved and what was not. Thirdly I developed a plan for setting up a grief monitoring program at the unit. I understood that it would be helpful to develop some concepts that helped to draw it. This text is intended to serve as a basis for the implementation of this program.
