| dc.description.abstract | O contrato de trabalho do praticante desportivo, sendo um contrato de trabalho sujeito a regime especial, apresenta algumas especificidades relativamente ao regime geral estabelecido pelo Código do Trabalho que se justificam pelas características da atividade prestada e pelo grau de exigência ao trabalhador desportivo. O propósito do presente estudo é, justamente, o de analisar as referidas especificidades estabelecidas pela Lei n.º 54/2017 de 14 de junho, nomeadamente, no que concerne à capacidade das partes, forma, duração, período experimental, deveres das partes, retribuição, tempo de trabalho, cedência, limitação da liberdade de trabalho e cessação. | por |
| dc.description.abstract | ABSTRACT: The employment agreement of the sports practitioner, being a work contract subject to special regime, presents some specifics regarding the general regime established by the Labor Code that are justified by the characteristics of the activity and the degree of exigency of the sports worker. The purpose of the present study is precisely to analyze the specificities established by the Law no. 54/2017 of June 14, namely with regard to the parties’ capacity, form, duration, trial period, duties of the parties, retribution, working time, transfer, limitation of freedom of work and cessation. | eng |
