O presente documento descreve e analisa a realização de um estágio, na empresa
Procer S.A., destacada na área de produção gráfica e desenvolvimento de espaços
expositivos, localizada em Oliveira do Bairro, Aveiro.
A temática design de comunicação domina toda a investigação, e é explorada a vários
nı́veis, cruzando-se com outras temáticas relevantes para a investigação.
Investigação que surge da necessidade da empresa explorar novos mercados e
aumentar a sua competitividade empresarial. EW tido como objetivo a obtenção de
respostas para solucionar o tópico investigativo: Qual o contributo da criação de um
departamento de design de comunicação no reposicionamento de mercado de uma
empresa gráfica?
A investigação é executada através da utilização da metodologia intervencionista e
metodologia não intervencionista. Possibilitando assim o cruzamento de dados
resultantes da primeira metodologia (estágio, aplicação prática de conhecimentos e
desenvolvimento de projetos) e da segunda metodologia (sustentação literária,
estudo de casos e análises de informação).
O documento pressupõe a construção e proposta de uma ferramenta metodológica,
onde inclui o departamento de design mais ativamente em todo o processo projetual,
desde a colheita de dados dos requisitos do cliente até à implementação das soluções
desenvolvidas.
Abstract : This document describes and analyzes the realization of an internship in the company Procer S.A., highlighted in the area of graphic production and development of exhibition spaces, located in Oliveira do Bairro, Aveiro. The theme of communication design dominates all research, and is explored at various levels, crossing with other relevant themes for research. Research that arises from the need for the company to explore new markets and increase its business competitiveness. The objective is to obtain answers to solve the research topic: What is the contribution of the creation of a communication design department in the market repositioning of a graphic company? The research is carried out through the use of interventionist methodology and non-interventionist methodology. This enables the crossing of data resulting from the first methodology (internship, practical application of knowledge and development of projects) and the second methodology (literary support, case studies and information analysis). The document presupposes the construction and proposal of a methodological tool, which includes the design department more actively in the entire project process, from the collection of data of the client's requirements to the implementation of the solutions developed.
