Resumo(s)
O regime da transmissão da empresa ou estabelecimento no Direito laboral português sofreu forte influência por parte do Direito da União Europeia, mormente no que respeita ao direito por parte do trabalhador à oposição ou à justa causa de resolução do contrato, a qual foi concretizada pela mais recente entrada em vigor da Lei 14/2018, de 19 de março.
ABSTRACT: The regime of the transfer of the company or establishment in Portuguese labor law was strongly influenced by European Union law, especially about the right by the worker to the opposition or the just cause of termination of the contract, which was fulfilled by the most recent entry into force of Law 14/2018, of March 19.
