| dc.description.abstract | O presente artigo insere-se no âmbito do «estado da arte» que está a ser realizada numa investigação de Doutoramento relacionada com os fatores socioculturais que influenciam a aprendizagem das Tecnologias da Informação e da Comunicação (TIC), nomeadamente o computador e a Internet cm populações com 50 ou mais anos de idade e os impactos no bem-estar ao longo do processo de envelhecimento. Neste sentido, torna-se importante que se promovam estratégias que contribuam para o envelhecimento ativo c para o bem-estar dos seniores no contexto de aprendizagem das TIC. O problema da infoexclusão tem constituído uma preocupação que envolve todos os cidadãos. Urge refletir e alertar para a necessidade de se desenvolverem medidas práticas para que os seniores passem a ter mais oportunidades educacionais que facilitem a sua infoinclusão de modo a adquirirem competências digitais que lhes permitem utilizar as TIC no sentido de poderem incrementar o seu bem-estar. | por |
| dc.description.abstract | Abstract — This paper is within the scope the «state of the art» that is being carried out on a PhD research related to socio-cultural factors that influence the learning of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT), particularly the computer and the Internet in populations with 50 or more years old and the impact on the well-being throughout the aging process. In this sense, it is important to promote strategies that contribute to active aging and to well-being of seniors in the context of ICT learning. The problem of the digital divide has been a concern involving all citizens.
