Ser um clarinetista no ensino secundário implica dedicação e prática constante, não apenas durante as aulas ou música de câmara, mas também no estudo individual dos diferentes instrumentos, como o clarinete baixo e a requinta. Este trabalho teve como objetivo analisar e refletir sobre a importância da preparção dos alunos na aprendizagem destes instrumentos ao longo do ano letivo. O estudo inclui a abordagem pedagógica necessária, a exploração das características específicas de cada instrumento e a análise das dificuldades encontradas na sua utilização. Para além da revisão do currículo escolar e das práticas de ensino existentes, foram identificadas estratégias para otimizar a aprendizagem e o desenvolvimento musical dos alunos, considerando a relevância destes instrumentos na formação completa de um clarinetista.
Abstract: Being a clarinetist in secondary school requires dedication and constant practice, not only during classes or chamber music lessons, but also in the individual study of different instruments, such as the bass clarinet and the requinta. This work aimed to analyze and reflect on the importance of preparing students to learn these instruments throughout the school year. The study includes the necessary pedagogical approach, exploring the specific characteristics of each instrument, and analyzing the difficulties encountered in their use. In addition to reviewing the school curriculum and existing teaching practices, strategies were identified to optimize students' learning and musical development, considering the relevance of these instruments in the comprehensive training of a clarinetist.
