Este trabalho centra-se na prática pedagógica no ensino da música e está estruturado em duas partes principais. A primeira aborda a Unidade Curricular de Prática de Ensino Supervisionada (PES), integrada no Mestrado em Ensino da Música – Variante de Formação Musical, da Escola Superior de Artes Aplicadas de Castelo Branco. Apresenta-se uma reflexão crítica sobre as aulas lecionadas durante o período de estágio, acompanhada dos respetivos relatórios, planificações e materiais didáticos que sustentaram a prática pedagógica desenvolvida. Na segunda parte, é apresentado um Estudo de Investigação intitulado “A música tradicional de Portugal e do Brasil enquanto fonte para materiais pedagógicos no âmbito da Formação Musical”. Este trabalho tem como principal objetivo a sugestão de materiais pedagógicos aplicáveis às aulas de Formação Musical, através de uma Proposta de Orientação Curricular baseada em cancioneiros e recolhas da música tradicional de Portugal e do Brasil.
Abstract: This work focuses on pedagogical practice in music teaching and is structured in two main parts. The first addresses the subject Supervised Teaching Practice (STP), which is part of the Master's Degree in Music Teaching – Music Education Variant, at the Castelo Branco School of Arts. It presents a critical reflection on the classes taught during the internship period, accompanied by the respective reports, plans and teaching materials that supported the pedagogical practice developed. Part two presents a research study entitled ‘The traditional music of Portugal and Brazil as a source for pedagogical materials in the field of Music Education’. The main objective of this work is to suggest didactic materials applicable to Music Education classes, through a Curriculum Guidance Proposal based on songbooks and collections of traditional music from both Portugal and Brazil.
