Estágio na Empresa Ideias e Não Só Decoração e Remodelação de Interiores

Este documento apresenta o relatório do estágio curricular realizado na empresa Ideias & Não Só Decoração e Remodelação de Interiores, situado em Leiria, como parte integrante do Mestrado em Design de Interiores e Mobiliário, na Escola Superior de Artes Aplicadas do Instituto Politécnico de Castelo Branco.
Ao longo deste relatório, serão destacados os diversos benefícios decorrentes da realização do estágio, evidenciando a ligação entre os conhecimentos adquiridos durante o percurso académico e os aplicados no ambiente de trabalho, enriquecendo assim a experiência prática.
Serão abordados os projetos desenvolvidos entre 20 fevereiro de 2023 e 22 maio de 2023, bem como as tarefas desempenhadas, participação em reuniões com clientes, levantamentos, elaboração de desenhos técnicos de interiores e mobiliário, design de interiores e mobiliário, modelação 3D e execução de projetos.
A compreensão e adaptação à metodologia e procedimentos da empresa foram cruciais para uma integração plena, não só no ambiente organizacional, mas também em todas as fases dos projetos, permitindo assim uma compreensão abrangente das diferentes etapas que compõem um projeto, segundo a abordagem da empresa.
A comunicação e interação com os clientes desempenharam um papel fundamental, aprimorando a capacidade de argumentação dos projetos e fundamentando escolhas estéticas e funcionais. Ao longo dos meses de estágio, foi evidente o crescimento na compreensão e visualização dos custos associados a um projeto.
Destaca-se ainda a relação de proximidade estabelecida com os membros da equipa, cuja excecional colaboração desde o início é digna de reconhecimento, especialmente aos fundadores da empresa, que viabilizaram a realização deste estágio.
Conclui-se que todos os objetivos estabelecidos foram alcançados com sucesso, e que a experiência adquirida durante o estágio contribuiu significativamente para um crescimento pessoal e profissional exponencial.
Abstract: This document presents the report of the curricular internship carried out at the company Ideias & Não Só Decoração e Remodelação de Interiores, located in Leiria, as an integral part of the Master's Degree in Interior Design and Furniture, at the School of Applied Arts of Castelo Branco. Throughout this report, the various benefits arising from completing the internship will be highlighted, highlighting the connection between the knowledge acquired during the academic career and that applied in the work environment, thus enriching the practical experience. Projects developed between 20 February 2023 and 22 May 2023 will be covered, as well as the tasks performed, participation in meetings with clients, surveys, preparation of technical interior and furniture drawings, interior and furniture design, 3D modeling and project execution. Understanding and adapting to the company's methodology and procedures were crucial for full integration, not only in the organizational environment, but also in all project phases, thus allowing a comprehensive understanding of the different stages that make up a project, according to the company's approach. Communication and interaction with clients played a fundamental role, improving the projects' ability to argue and supporting aesthetic and functional choices. Over the months of the internship, growth in understanding and visualizing the costs associated with a project was evident. Also noteworthy is the close relationship established with the team members, whose exceptional collaboration since the beginning is worthy of recognition, especially to the company's founders, who made this internship possible. It is concluded that all established objectives were successfully achieved, and that the experience acquired during the internship contributed significantly to exponential personal and professional growth.
