Abstract(s)
Este trabalho reflete investigação desenvolvida no âmbito da unidade curricular de
Trabalho de Projecto, estando dividido em quatro partes.
Na primeira parte apresenta-se o contexto musical que circunda a vida e obra do
compositor Georg Philipp Telemann, com foco no Vermischter Geschmack, e no seu
trabalho de publicações.
A segunda parte debruça-se sobre as formas musicais do século setecentista cujas
obras que iremos examinar, exibem os diversos tipos de sonatas – a solo, trio e quarteto
- a sonata concertante, o concerto, e a cantata; esclarecendo as suas origens,
desenvolvimento e características.
A terceira parte deste trabalho expõe a análise realizada às peças selecionadas do
reportório para flauta de bisel na obra de Telemann: TWV 41:C2, TWV 42:c2; TWV
42:B4; TWV 43:a3; TWV 51:C1, TWV 1:1258.
Por fim, concluímos com uma reflexão sobre a informação recolhida no que toca à
obra do compositor e à análise realizada à seleção de obras do reportório de flauta de
bisel.
Abstract : This investigation reflects the studies developed within the course of Trabalho de Projeto, and it’s divided in three parts. The first presents the musical context by which the life and work of Georg Philipp Telemann are surrounded, his focus on the Vermischter Geschmack and his publications. The second part focuses on the musical forms of the late seventeenth and first half of the eighteenth century whose works we will examine further on. These include the sonata – solo, trio and quartet – the sonate auf concertenart, the concerto, and the cantata; whose origins, evolution and characteristics shall be brought to light. The third part of this study offers the analysis of the selected pieces from Telemanns recorder repertoire: TWV 41:C2, TWV 42:c2; TWV 42:B4; TWV 43:a3; TWV 51:C1, TWV 1:1258. Lastly, we reflect on the information collected about the composer’s work and on the analysis os the selected body of work for the recorder.
